Mr. Navneet Patle’s residence, being situated at Mandala, a remote location, introducing the concept of interior design, getting required craftsman and related supplies too was a task, and the majority of the requirements were sourced from Nagpur.
Even then, the project is an exemplar instance of our trademark style of incorporating nature-driven elements in neo-modern settings.
During the time when we were handed over the project it was at the alteration stage, a lot of structural changes had to be made to suit the structure with the client's requirements.
Sharp lined exterior with wooden and glass accents, adds to the vibe of having a structure in place that has all the modern facilities and yet appears in touch with nature.

The interior uses prominent yellow lighting that complements the wooden accent in the artifacts and the beige upholstery. The wooden elements and other accents with pastel color schemes too add to the overall look and feel.
The residence that is spread out over 4000 sq ft, in Mandala was completed and handed over to Mr. Navneet during the late phase of 2017.
