Our Story
2009
This year marked several events of importance. Ar. Sandeep after completing his education had set up his first office at Gondia, marking the very establishment of Ar. Sandeep Baghele and Associates. Another event that made it noteworthy was Sandeep's first project, which was a duplex bungalow in Gondia.
2011
By 2011, Sandeep’s unique style of creating in-touch with mother nature, modern designs started a lot of conversations and with increasing popularity, his clientele and area of work grew. It was during this period, he added projects from Seoni, Madhya Pradesh to the long list of beautiful content.
2013
Mr. Manish Shukla approached Sandeep with a unique request for expansion of his current residence while keeping all the old full-grown trees untouched from the construction. Ar. Sandeep finished the project with expected perfection and was awarded the “Outstanding concrete structure of Vidarbha region” of the year award in the Residential Buildings category by Ultra Tech Cement and ICI, Nagpur.
2014
The scope of Sandeep’s work grew to a whole new level, with a growing number of projects and team members, setting up a workspace became a necessity, this is how the Nagpur office for Ar. Sandeep Baghele and Associates was set up at Neena Apartments, Ramnagar, Nagpur
2015
With the rapidly growing portfolio, drastically increased sense of how the business worked and a supportive skilled team, Ar. Sandeep Baghele and Associates started work on government projects, bringing them countrywide praise for the unique work!
2019
With a decade spent helping the society with nature-centric modern designs, the work of Ar. Sandeep Baghele and Associates was getting noticed all over central India and it was the time when Lokmat Media group presented Ar. Sandeep the prestigious Icons of Vidharbha Award to commemorate the excellent work in the field of Architecture.
2020
By the year 2020 hit, the firm's work was getting recognized all over the country and laurels reached the Times of India group, so they decided to celebrate Ar. Sandeep’s contribution to the development of the Vidarbha region. He was awarded the Times Icon of Vidarbha award in the architect category.
2021
In today's world Architect Sandeep Baghele and Associates is a full-fledged architectural firm, leadingly known for designs that are modern yet perfectly in touch with mother nature. The firm now hosts a team of over 20 staff members, including architects, interior designers, civil engineers, and draughtsmen and is planning a move to larger office space soon.
