Project Name - Residence for Mr. Devesh Asati
Location: Amgaon
Area -2200 sq. ft.
We were approached by Mr. Devesh Asati for his residence at Amgaon, which was planned to be constructed on 40,000 sq ft of land owned by 4 Asati brothers.
The large size of the project presented itself as a challenge and as a great opportunity at the same time.
Though the majority of our projects get recognized all over for their creativity, this one had multiple points of attraction.

The project had a shared clubhouse, a gym, and even an artificial waterbody!
Every element in the whole project was decided, designed, and placed while keeping Vastu Shastra in mind, Professor Rajesh Dixit, a renowned Vastu Shastra expert was the guiding light for this part of the project.
Our client had requested for modern elevation and setting, the larger than usual sizes of the rooms add to that effect. The use of elements such as wood, glass, and copper touches added to neo-modern design style and the use of bright colors as highlights and shades of beige together adds a sense of completion to the project.
